El anarquismo contra el terror (Sendero Luminoso, MRTA y el fascismo sanchezcerrista de Nueva Acción Legionaria)

El terrorismo genocida maoista-polpotiano de Abimael Guzmán y el Partido Comunista del Perú-Sendero Luminoso no tienen ninguna relación con el pensamiento y acción anarquista. Es un insulto para nosotros los ácratas que el oportunismo politico pretenda confundir a los que no conocen la historia reciente del Perú. Entre 1980 y 1992 (Captura de Abimael Guzmán) el Perú atravesó una guerra civil que ciertamente incluyó terrorismo de Estado pero que fue provocada por la insanía y cobardía asesina de Sendero Luminoso (que no respetó ni siquiera a dirigentes populares y destruyó la reputación de la izquierda y el socialismo). Con su lógica genocida y antihistórica, Sendero Luminoso despreciaba lo «andino» (recordemos la masacre de campesinos hecha por Sendero Luminoso en Lucanamarca y que según Abimael Guzman fue una «operación de castigo» hecha con hacha y cuchillo «para no desperdiciar munición»). También recordemos que Sendero Luminoso no dudo en esclavizar a nativos ashaninkas, en la selva peruana, ¡estableciendo la opresión y la violencia en medio de una comunidad pacífica!
Sendero Luminoso no pretendía hacer ningún cambio revolucionario basado en el respeto y la solidaridad popular. Sendero Luminoso recurría a la dinamita, al coche-bomba, al asesinato despiadado, de preferencia, delante de familiares de la víctima, al simbolismo del horror ¿ya no recordamos cuando colgaron perros muertos de los postes del centro de Lima, con el cartel que decía «Deng Xiao Ping (dirigente «revisionista» chino, posterior a Mao Zedong) Hijo de perra»? ¿que clase de socialismo, de comunismo, de revolución, se basa en la crueldad y el terror? ni siquiera el APRA en su momento de mayor enfrentamiento con Sanchez Cerro, Benavides u Odría, aplicó el miedo como recurso. Definitivamente, «nuestro Videla», «nuestro Pinochet» ha sido el demente y psicópata Abimael Guzmán Reynoso que se hacía llamar «Presidente Gonzalo» en su delirio de grandeza, ebrio de odio y miseria. P.D. Recordemos que a la dirigente popular socialista de Villa el Salvador, Maria Elena Moyano que los enfrentó, la volaron con dinamita, ¿acaso MOVADEF y demas agrupaciones neo-senderistas piden perdón al país y deslindan del «Pensamiento Gonzalo»?
¿Quien autorizó a Sendero Luminoso a asesinar en su nombre? ¿cómo se legitimó? ¿fue reconocido por una asamblea popular, sindical, autogestionaria? Toda lucha que se pretende «revolucionaria» y toma el camino de las armas, es una lucha perdida, pues ya internalizó el uso del miedo, el terror y la muerte como recursos. Quizás, esa es la revolución de algunos desubicados, sorprendente de gente que se presenta como rebelde y contestataria, ¿se han preguntado si la gente de la calle, «del pueblo y del barrio» simpatiza con el baño de sangre que provocó Sendero Luminoso? Pero definitivamente, no es mi revolución, lo diré una vez más para que quede claro: ANARCOSINDICALISMO NO ES TERRORISMO.
Definitivamente, me reafirmo en el anarco-sindicalismo. Lo lamentable es que Sendero Luminoso se puso al mismo nivel intolerante, represivo y asesino del fascismo que pretendía combatir, una vez más, ¿con qué legitimidad? Si Sendero Luminoso, surgió en 1970, ¿por qué no se enfrentó al gobierno militar de Velasco y Morales Bermudes? Fueron cobardes, esperaron al gobierno civil de Belaunde para implantar su régimen de guillotina a lo Robespierre. Curiosamente, Sendero Luminoso le dio en la «yema del gusto» a los que desde la Escuela de las Américas (Comando Sur del ejercito norteamericano) diseñaron el «Plan Condor».
No se puede poner al mismo nivel, un delito monetario (cuestión de dinero y capital, propios de la corrupción del gobierno de Alberto Fujimori) con el genocidio y el asesinato premeditado y cobarde. ¿Abimael «luchó»? ¿Y por qué no triunfó? ¿fue un carismático líder de masas? ¿fue un Manuel González Prada? ¿fue un Manuel o Delfín Lévano? ¿fue un Víctor Raul Haya de la Torre? ¿Fue un Jose Carlos Mariátegui? Los asesinos que se rebelaron en los penales contra el gobierno aprista de Alan García, coincidiendo con el encuentro en Lima, de la Internacional Socialista (socialdemócrata). ¿Eran inocentes y puros, desaparecidos y torturados por la policía y las fuerzas armadas? Si es así, ¿quién responde por el comienzo y el desarrollo del conflicto interno que nos desangró a los peruanos, basados en una ideología de odio y resentimiento que ingenuos como el historiador Alberto Flores Galindo veían como la culminación de las revueltas populares andinas que habían atravesado la historia republicana del Perú?
Anarchism Against Terror (Sendero Luminoso, MRTA, and the Sánchez Cerro Fascism of New Legionary Action)

The genocidal Maoist-Pol Potist terrorism of Abimael Guzmán and the Communist Party of Peru-Shining Path has no relation whatsoever to anarchist thought and action. It is an insult to us anarchists that political opportunism attempts to confuse those unfamiliar with Peru's recent history. Between 1980 and 1992 (the capture of Abimael Guzmán), Peru endured a civil war that certainly included state terrorism, but which was provoked by the insanity and murderous cowardice of Shining Path (which showed no respect even for popular leaders and destroyed the reputation of the left and socialism). With its genocidal and ahistorical logic, Shining Path despised everything "Andean" (let us recall the massacre of peasants carried out by Shining Path in Lucanamarca, which, according to Abimael Guzmán, was a "punishment operation" conducted with axes and knives "so as not to waste ammunition"). Let us also remember that Shining Path did not hesitate to enslave Asháninka natives in the Peruvian jungle, establishing oppression and violence in the midst of a peaceful community!
Shining Path did not intend to bring about any revolutionary change based on respect and popular solidarity. Shining Path resorted to dynamite, car bombs, and ruthless murder, preferably in front of the victim's family members. It also employed the symbolism of horror. Have we forgotten when they hung dead dogs from lampposts in downtown Lima with a sign that read, "Deng Xiaoping (Chinese "revisionist" leader, successor to Mao Zedong) Son of a Bitch"? What kind of socialism, communism, or revolution is based on cruelty and terror? Not even APRA, at its most confrontational moment with Sánchez Cerro, Benavides, or Odría, used fear as a tactic. Clearly, "our Videla," "our Pinochet," was the demented and psychopathic Abimael Guzmán Reynoso, who called himself "President Gonzalo" in his delusions of grandeur, drunk on hatred and misery. P.S. Let's remember that María Elena Moyano, the popular socialist leader from Villa El Salvador who confronted them, was blown up with dynamite. Do MOVADEF and other neo-Sendero Luminoso groups apologize to the country and disassociate themselves from "Gonzalo Thought"?
Who authorized Shining Path to kill in its name? How was it legitimized? Was it recognized by a popular, union, or self-governing assembly? Any struggle that claims to be "revolutionary" and takes up arms is a lost cause, because it has already internalized the use of fear, terror, and death as tools. Perhaps that is the revolution of some misguided individuals, surprising in people who present themselves as rebels and dissenters. Have they asked themselves if ordinary people, "from the town and the neighborhood," sympathize with the bloodbath caused by Shining Path? But definitely, it is not my revolution. I will say it once more to make it clear: ANARCHO-SYNDICALISM IS NOT TERRORISM.
I reaffirm my commitment to anarcho-syndicalism. The regrettable thing is that Shining Path stooped to the same intolerant, repressive, and murderous level as the fascism it claimed to be fighting. Once again, with what legitimacy? If Shining Path emerged in 1970, why didn't it confront the military government of Velasco and Morales Bermúdez? They were cowards; they waited for Belaunde's civilian government to implement their Robespierre-style guillotine regime. Ironically, Shining Path gave those who designed Operation Condor at the School of the Americas (the U.S. Army's Southern Command) the very thing they wanted.
You can't equate a monetary crime (a matter of money and capital, typical of the corruption in Alberto Fujimori's government) with genocide and premeditated, cowardly murder. Did Abimael "fight"? And why didn't he triumph? Was he a charismatic mass leader? Was he a Manuel González Prada? Was he a Manuel or Delfín Lévano? Was he a Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre? Was he a José Carlos Mariátegui? These were the murderers who rebelled in prisons against Alan García's APRA government, coinciding with the meeting of the Socialist International (social democratic) in Lima. Were they innocent and pure, disappeared and tortured by the police and armed forces? If so, who is responsible for the beginning and development of the internal conflict that bled us Peruvians dry, based on an ideology of hatred and resentment that naive people like the historian Alberto Flores Galindo saw as the culmination of the Andean popular uprisings that had marked Peru's republican history?
